Welcome to Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, nestled in a picturesque setting at the heart of the French Alps. The Chalet "Le Pic Vert", proudly rated 4 stars by the Tourist Office, promises a truly unique and memorable mountain retreat.

Located in the charming Hameau de la Clairière on the Route de la Clusaz, just 400 meters from the village, this cozy chalet seamlessly blends modern comfort, authentic alpine charm, and breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks.

The chalet is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a seamless and comfortable stay:

Living Room: Relax in a cozy space with a corner sofa, flat-screen TV (82 cm), DVD player, and a charming wood-burning stove.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features ceramic cooktops, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Dining Area: A wooden table with seating for 8 (extendable) creates the perfect space for shared meals.
Three Comfortable Bedrooms :

Ground Floor Bedroom: Features a double bed (160 cm) and a charming mountain-style wardrobe.

- Two Upstairs Bedrooms: One with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with two double beds (140 cm), perfect for families.
Mezzanine: A cozy reading nook or additional sleeping area with a convertible sofa bed.
Bathrooms: One is located on the ground floor, equipped with a towel dryer.One sink is also available on the upper floor, along with a towel rack.
Utility Room: A practical space for storing shoes, skis, and other equipment, equipped with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
Pets: Small pets are welcome with prior approval.
Baby Equipment: Includes a changing cushion, baby bath, high chair, and travel cot.

Final cleaning is the tenant's responsibility, ensuring the chalet stays in pristine condition.

Outdoor Spaces and Activities

Spacious Wooden Terrace (13 m²): Equipped with a table, chairs, an electric plancha, a bench, and sun loungers—ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying meals al fresco.
On-Site Amenities: Shared outdoor swimming pool, Football field, Children’s playground and pétanque court for all ages.
Extra Equipment: Includes a sled, sun loungers, a baby cot, a high chair, and a baby bath to accommodate families.

Summer Season

The Hameau de la Clairière offers a shared outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers (primarily reserved for residents from mid-June to late September) and outdoor play areas for children. Additionally, free inter-station shuttles are available from late June to early July. The shuttle, connecting Le Grand-Bornand, Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, and La Clusaz, conveniently stops right at the foot of the property.

Winter season

In winter, the ski bus is free. It stops at the foot of the condominium. Take the staircase and you are at the bus stop. Half way between two big ski resorts: la Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand are only 3 km away! Frequency of the shuttles: every 20 minutes during peak season. Have fun!
